Our experienced team of qualified professionals are here to help and guide you through what is an ever rapidly developing world of Veterinary knowledge. There is potentially an overwhelming amount of information available to you through the internet, media and social networking about caring for pets. Whilst there is a lot of good advice out there, there is a lot of confusing and conflicting advice and in many cases unsubstantiated and unproven. Please ask our advice if you have any questions.

From how to feed your pet wisely and safely, to working with you in treating and nursing your pet back to health in the event of illness or injury, we aim to offer you the best care and advice through clinical excellence and kindness.

Your vet is your first port of call for the best advice – advice that can be substantiated by qualified experience and many years of scientific study.

Kingsteignton Veterinary Group Ltd have for many years endeavoured to offer both a professional and caring quality service to our clients and their pets, and in turn we value your feedback on the service we provide be they complaints or praise.

An acknowledgement will be sent to you within 5 working days of receiving your letter to confirm that the matter is being investigated. You will receive a full reply within 14 days. In the event that we are unable to complete our investigations and reply to you within that time, we will contact you to confirm when you will receive a full reply.

You can be confident that we look at each situation individually and aim to reach a mutually satisfactory outcome.

Reception

The Kingsteignton phone lines are open from 08:30 - 19:30 and you are welcome to speak to one of our staff about any issue. 

Outside these hours, there is a duty vet on call and your call will be forwarded to them. We welcome clients contacting us, whether it is an emergency or just a query.
