Administration and Support

Our warm and welcoming Reception team are highly skilled, and they are usually the first person you will talk to when you contact us.  They can often answer healthcare queries about your pet and all of our staff have had training in the use of preventative flea and wormer treatments, and other general sale products and toys.

We take "End of Life Care" very seriously at KVG, and several members of our reception team have attended bereavement courses and can help support you when the sad time comes to say goodbye to your pet.  Please ask to speak to one of our specially trained staff if you would like to talk to someone at this difficult time.

In addition, members of the admin team are fully trained in the use of Hills prescription and lifestage diets and general nutrition.  They can advise on correct nutrition for "small furries", e.g. rabbits and hamsters etc.  Please feel free to ask!

All members of the admin team have observed in theatre and can explain what happens with your pet during routine procedures.

They are also trained in animal handling to enable them to assist the nurses and vets.
